At the front of the house we find lupin and foxglove

and this Morden Sunrise rose. It looks pretty
good in the afternoon as well.

The gate and arbour invite us into the back yard.

This bed on the fence
immediately grabs our attention.

Nice colour!

Let's have a closer look at these.

Don't know what I was thinking
when I lined up this shot.

Elizabeth uses subtle pastels as
well as these strong colours.

The trellises on the far side
Have clematis and honeysuckle.

This delightful pine was bought on the bus tour.

This delicate dianthus is happy beside a small pond.

These friends take advantage of the shade
for a game of ladybug checkers.

Elizabeth introduces us to her shade garden
oasis of beside the the house.

I can't resist maidenhead fern.

A delicate clematis.

Before we leave we have to peek inside this poppy.
