Almost the end of summer
Seven gardens (some repeats, but a new season, a new look)
Thanks to John Dyer
for some of the gorgeous close-ups.

First, Irene Perstinger's Garden

The mystery plant above, and the impatiens,
below brighten this corner of the garage.

Wow, what do you feed this this hibiscus?

Erika and Anne greet the members and
hand out the maps

Here is Irene in the back yard.

On the north side a rose with grapes
and rudbeckia.

Flowers and fruit give way to vegetables
as we approach the back.

This squash at eye level caught a lot of attention

A sublime dahlia.

Monarda; did it get a lot of bees this year?

What a great combination of colours.

There is a bee on the ligularia.

And on the Japanese anenome.

Hard to tell what this gal is thinking

Where there is no garden, use pots!
